At Silver Springs we always say that our staff go the extra mile for our children. Here are three shining examples of that! Alex Broadley, Fran Waite and Zac Stott have all achieved NPQs this academic year.
Alex has completed her NQPLTD (Leading Teacher Development) and both Fran and Zac our Geography and History Leads have completed their NPQML (Middle Leadership). We are all very proud of their achievements.
Here is what they had to say:
Alex: “Taking part in NPQLTD with Ambition was an exciting challenge for me! It has really supported by leadership journey.”
Fran: “Well worth doing! It builds on the work that I have already been involved in at school, in particular in terms of my role as a subject lead.”
Zac:”It has enhanced my teaching proactive by reminding me to reflect on and understand how educational theory such as the model of the mind underpins my practice.”
