Dear Parents and Carers
Our Annual Time to Shine Awards will be going ahead at 9.30am as planned. We have made some changes to proceedings to keep the timing as short as possible.
We will maximise ventilation and space out seating to ensure that air can circulate.
You are advised to wear light clothing, bring a bottle of water for your own use and if you have one, bring a hand-held fan.
Please be advised that this is not a suitable event for babies / pre-school children, who are likely to be adversely affected by high temperatures.
We will make sure that the nominees have a drink before and after the awards.
We will take photos and videos to share after the assembly.
