Would you like help and support on how to introduce self-care to each day and the benefits of doing this for yourself and your family?
Would you like to chat with other parents and carers who are going through similar experiences and share ideas and strategies?
Autism Central & Outreach will be attending Silver Springs Academy to discuss support that may be available to you, Autism Central aims to make it easier to learn more about autism and services available to you. No diagnosis needed.
Our outreach service is a free for families that need support navigating the complex SEND, Mental Health, Education, Housing and Social Care systems.
